Chiquita Atkins is a master hairstylist and licensed educator. Since the start of her career in 2000, she has been formally trained in cosmetology, barbering, loc care/restoration, and mentoring & teaching. She is excited to finally be bringing all of her knowledge and expertise to the DMV area!
